An electronic device for starting (when the tap is opened) and stopping (when the tap is closed) of single-phase autoclave electric pumps which serves to replace the classic pressure switch and expansion vessel systems.

For SINGLE-PHASE pumps up to 2 hp Adjustable restart pressure.

Applicable on the pipeline or on the pump.
It starts the pump when the system pressure drops below the "running pressure" (Pm), and stops it when the required flow drops below the "stop flow".
It protects the pump and the system from anomalies.
Running pressure adjustable from 0.8bar to 2.4bar.

The main feature of Presflo Vario is that it can vary the intervention pressure of the pump from 0.8 to 2.4 bar very easily by acting on the knob positioned in its rear part, therefore turning the black knob on the bottom to the right or left will change the pressure gear displayed on the pressure gauge installed on the left side.
Among the most important features, the one that stands out is that of safeguarding the pump motor from dry running and repeated starts due to leaks in the water system.
Presflo Vario has some peculiarities that make it stand out from other products that may seem similar at first sight:
Tropicalised electronic board with IP65 waterproofing degree, anti-condensation and protected against shocks with an additional protective casing.
Non-return valve that can be disassembled and inspected
Integrated 3-piece joint for easier installation
In the event of a water shortage, Presflo Vario will automatically restart the pump at pre-established intervals, signaling the anomaly via the control panel.
The installation can take place both horizontally and vertically
