Super-compact 25/30 kW boiler / thermo-product interface module with electronic control unit and cover box

Through the MX115/1HBL Mini module it is possible to carry out the BOX heating function of the housing unit by exploiting the heat produced both by the solid fuel boiler (open or closed vessel) and by the gas boiler, hydraulically separating the two circuits via a plates, to avoid adding the powers of the two generators according to what is required by INAIL (formerly ISPESL) standards. The module is equipped with one or two circulators, an exchanger, an air vent valve, a non-return valve, a wall fixing kit and the control unit.

Operation
The module allows you to hydraulically divide the circuits of two generators installed in a single housing unit.
This precaution avoids installing safety systems for the heating plant and those inserted in each generator will have the possibility of functioning properly. When there is a request for heat from the main system, the generator coupled to it will activate (indicated in the diagram as "Traditional Boiler"). When the second generator turns on (indicated as "Thermo product" in the diagram) and reaches the reference temperature, the circuit circulator will turn on which will heat the module exchanger. Once the primary circuit of the second generator has reached the adequate temperature, the circulator of the module will activate, supplying the system with calories and the first generator will automatically switch off.
