Description
"PEPPina" Gierre aluminum telescopic multifunction ladder, 4+4 rungs, allows to reach different working heights and can be used in three configurations : as a double / double ladder, or lame (when there is a difference in height) or fully extended (single configuration) with the addition of a stabilizer bar in compliance with the EN131-4 standard.
The Gierre PEPPina AL020 telescopic multifunction ladder - COMPLETELY MADE IN ITALY - is equipped with a patented steel joint , with a design knob, easy to grip.
The opening-closing safety system is semi-automatic , allowing you to open and close the ladder easily and safely. The steel side hook is sturdy and allows you to easily adjust the height . The uprights have a rounded profile for a more comfortable grip. The structure is solid and guarantees greater resistance to torsion and load. The feet are non-slip, in bi-component material.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In any case, the Consumer Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.
In the event that the Seller has not satisfied the obligation to provide information on the existence, methods and times for returning or collecting the goods in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the deadline for exercising the withdrawal is 12 months starting from the end of the initial withdrawal period and starting from the day of receipt of the goods by the Consumer.
In the event that the Consumer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the seller via email at info@lafattoriabisignano.com, provided that such communication is confirmed within 48 hours of receiving the product.
For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the sending of the communication may be replaced by the return of the purchased goods provided that in the same terms: the date of delivery to the post office or to the shipper will be authentic between the parties.
The return of the goods must take place within 14 days from the formalization of the right of withdrawal. In any case, in order to be reimbursed, the product must be returned intact and, in any case, in a normal state of conservation.
The costs relating to the return of the product following the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the purchaser.
